La chèvrerie de Logny-Bogny
Fromages de chèvres frais et affinés au lait cru, produits laitiers au lait de chèvres.
Notre exploitation se trouve en thièrache ardennaise. Elle se compose d’un élevage de chèvres en partie de saanens et quelques alpines, d’une troupe de vaches allaitantes de race charolaise et limousine. Nous cultivons des céréales pour la vente, ainsi que notre propre aliment pour les chèvres ( méteil qui est une céréale ‘triticale avoine pois ) sur laquelle il n’y a qu’un apport d’azote et aucun désherbage.
